It was a months-long journey to finally get us to our home. She was patient with us as we looked at many homes all over the Sacramento area. Since we lived in the Bay Area, there were times that we had to look at homes through Facetime. I appreciated that she was an expert in the area. We kept constant communication over phone, text, and email. She always provided good professional advice, but never pushed us one way or the other. Kami really advocated for us and I always felt like she was on our side throughout the whole process from the loan pre-approval, multiple offers, negotiations, escrow process, and to even after we got the keys. We eventually decided on brand new build in Elk Grove. I recommend having a realtor even if you are buying new build. New builders can be overwhelming sometimes and Kami really came through for us as our agent and now friend.
