Shari has been an absolute dream to work with. My husband and I were first time home buyers. Shari took us under her wing and helped us through every part of the process. Shari treated us like we were her family members. Shari has such a friendly and kind demeanor. She is easy to talk to and helped us understand all of the complicated intricacies of first time home buying. She is extremely warm, but also professional. She has so much experience and knowledge. Shari showed us multiple properties and gave us her honest opinion when we asked her for it. She didn't just want to make a sale, she wanted us to find the perfect home for us. We saw a property that we thought was a great fit. We asked her what she thought and she said that she wasn't sure about the safety of the neighborhood. Shari could have easily pushed us to make an offer on that property and make an easy sale and get an easy commission- but she genuinely wanted the best for us. After doing more research, we found out that she was absolutely right. She then showed us the home we ended up purchasing, and we fell in love. We asked her her honest opinion and she shared the positive and the negative and helped us weigh out everything.Shari made the process of finding and purchasing our first home a really positive and memorable one. She helped us make the best decision for us and treated us like family. She made us feel really special and like we were her only clients. The home we purchased had another really good offer on the table. She spent the time to write a letter about who my husband and I are. She included pictures of us and shared that my husband and I will be starting our family in this him. She worked really hard to make sure that we got the home we wanted. Once the seller did choose us, she kicked butt at negotiating.Shari made sure that we got everything we wanted and took all of the pressure off of us. She has a way with people and although her demeanor is extremely kind and gentle, she knows how to be a shark and get her clients exactly what they want.Shari was available by text and phone day and night and responded immediately. She helped us with problems that weren't even part of her job. After we closed, we had a leak the first night we moved it, and she helped us connect with the seller and she got them to fix it.Shari has also helped us with small renovations to our new home. She has so many connections in Orange County. She has helped us find great vendors and has helped us negotiate prices.Shari is excellent at her job. She is an incredible realtor and a wonderful person. I will be recommending her to all of my friends and family. I recommend Shari to anyone who wants a highly skilled realtor who goes above and beyond for her clients. Shari genuinely wants her clients to be happy and will do anything she can to make sure that happens.

My wife and I were first time home buyers and I honestly felt like buying a home would be such a long and daunting task. Luckily for me and my wife we had Mania as our agent. All I can say is that Mania was an absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish. We had a sit down with Mania and discussed what my wife and I were looking for and she created a custom listing site which she updated frequently with home that fit our wants and answered any questions we had. She was very honest and she was never afraid to tell us if a home we were interested in would not appreciate as well as others. Mania wanted to make sure the home we bought was not only something we wanted but something that had better chances on increasing in value later on. Once we compiled a list of homes we wanted to see Mania scheduled a day with us and we went to open houses. Mania went with us as we looked at over 20 homes in one day! She literally took a whole day out of her schedule just to show us home after home and she had a great attitude all day. One home I had placed on our list ended up being in a bad neighborhood and was touching a busy intersection. Once we pulled up and Mania saw this she told us that this would be a wasted investment so we did not even go in. She is the type of agent that actually cares about her clients and looks out for her clients best interest. Mania went above and beyond for my wife and I and I know that is how she is too all of her clients. If you are looking to buy a home Mania is the agent you want to work with.

My wife and I recently made the move to Lake Mission Viejo from San Jose in northern CA. Luckily we were introduced to Leslie through a friend. We told Leslie about our dream to move to the lake and could she help us. Leslie got to work right away looking for condo's in the communities we desired. Since we lived so far away communication was very important. Leslie sent a link to download that sent us listings in the area as they came up. She was very helpful in finding our current dwelling and was very skillful in negotiations to secure since we are renting currently and rental price that fit our budget. We are loving where we live and are looking forward to working with Leslie again when we move forward in looking for a nice condo to buy on the lake.
