Negotiation skills, experience, extensive knowledge of Bay Area market, knowledge of loans, escrow, real estate tax, problem solver, OVERALL ringmaster/Over a 3 year period, I have had two successful real estate transactions with Luis. On a recent sale transaction aEUR" Luis really delivered. The house sold over asking price in 7 days and he also negotiated as aEUR~as is sale. Although the property had recent updates, a few exterior improvements remained. Several written offers came in, which included additional price concessions / credits. I had initial communicated to Luis that there would be no additional concessions aEUR" and Luis made it happen! Luis carefully reviewed all offers with us aEUR" pointing out the pros & cons. When the ultimate buyers financing hit a major glitch ( @day 20 of a 30 day close) aEUR" Luis stepped in and saved the deal. He provided input & alternate suggestions with the buyers loan broker & real estate agent. Several years ago, Luis was my sons agent. My son had a VA loan. If anyone knows, this type of loan will put you in the bottom of a multiple offer situation. Being a first time home buyer, a mid 20's young adult in a very competitive real state market like the bay area can be tough, but also a smooth process when working with the right people. Met Angel through the phone after being highly recommended by two of my church members who worked with him on each getting their first home. As we talked on the phone I got a super easy going vibe with him as well as knowledgeable and truthful. Next day we were up and running looking at homes which was awesome because my lease was up in 1 month. He looked at each house as if he was going to be living there and explained tons of questions I had. he was very responsive to all my calls and txts, and followed up to all the emails. Of all the homes I found I liked, he found the one i ended up buying as it met all of my family needs as well as mine. He was very thorough with the closing process and walked me through any concerns I had. Angel made my first time home buying experience that much better of a process and learning experience. I will definitely be working with him again in the near future!

I was in search in the market to buy what later became what I called home. I was a first time home buyer which meant bad experience with other relators, confused, and not to mention scared due to the fact I was making a decision that was not only impacting my life but others around me.
