We were at first nervous about choosing Anita because we just saw her profile and reviews here at Zillow and we didnt have any personal recommendation of her but we were so glad we chose her. We could not have made a better choice. Out of the many online inquiries that we made, she was the only one who called back with a really serious and professional feedback. Believe me, many called back but we immediately felt comfortable talking with her on the phone. Then, after just a year, we suddenly had relocate out-of-state because of my husbands work. We did not have to think twice about using Anita as a realtor again. She immediately gave us market analysis on our first inquiry without any pressure at all. It really just helped us to make a decision on whether to sell or rent our house. In the end we decided to sell. At first, we were really nervous because we bought our house as a new-built and our community is still in full swing of selling new homes and so we were afraid that most people would just rather buy a new house versus buying our 1 year old house. But with Anitas help, our house got sold and CLOSED in less than a month! We could not believe it! She is simply amazing! We also had to do the process while we were already out of state and it was a breeze! Communication was excellent and I cant believe how easy the process went. Absolutely no stress on our part! We would definitely recommend her to anyone we know! We love, love, love working with Anita.

First of all, JT is incredible to work with. And he's not just your agent, he's your friend! I was purchasing a home in Surprise, AZ for my family and I to move into while we were living in Flagstaff, AZ. JT made a difficult, expensive and stressful process all but perfect. JT worked diligently, night and day, and made it available for us to purchase a home in an area we were unfamiliar with and over 120 miles away from where we were living. In the crazy market that was 2022 in Phoenix, it saved us money and time by having JT as our agent. If you do not know, every single home listed was receiving multiple overprice offers and most of them were cash offers. We were use financing, which made slightly more difficult for us than other buyers. With JT, that did not matter, he was able to present out loan-contingent offer as if it were cash! JT was able to help us find the perfect home by responding to us quickly and submitting offers extremely fast. He was able to help us secure a "coming soon" listing and we saved thousands by getting it under contract before it went on the market. He made sure that we understood what we needed to do in our offer to get it accepted, and it worked! It's one thing to blindly make offers, but JT makes strategic offers that have a higher chance of getting accepted by using his knowledge of the market. That is the winning difference! I cannot recommend him highly enough. When buying or selling, you want an agent that will fight for you and that's what JT will do! Through his tremendous experience and load of contacts including lenders, home inspectors and contractors, you need JT in your corner. As I say, "what can JT do you for you today!?"
