I am a real estate broker / investor and recently decided to sell my single family home in the 85254 zip code. I reached out to local agent to interview. From start to finish, my home got transformed with a $45k budget. The home went from a $340k home to a $430k home! The home sold after the 1st weekend and Liz closed every detail and made sure the home closed on time. She was tireless in her efforts and even strategized to limit my exposure on the buyers request for repairs. You can not go wrong with Liz, she is your advocate.
