I cant say enough good things about Andi Ryan. She is a true real estate professional. Over the last 25 years Ive owned several rentals, done flipping before flipping was cool, owned mountain property, bare ground, and done deals that most people havent even heard of. With that said I have dealt with my share of Realtors. Andi is one in a million and she has her pulse on the real estate business in the Treasure Valley. I have done two purchases and one listing with Andi. I can tell you she works her butt off for you. Andi was the listing agent on a property I was purchasing and my Realtor kept dropping the ball. So I found myself bypassing my Realtor and going directly to Andi. She corrected my Realtors shortcomings and I have used her ever since. A lot of people think that Realtors cost too much money and some do, but I wouldnt even think of purchasing or selling a property without using a Realtor. Andi was such an incredible realtor! She spent 6 months with us looking for the perfect home for our family. We saw/smelled some disgusting homes and even stood in the rain trying to get into homes. She was determined to show us what was available to us as soon as she could. And when she found the home that we actually purchased, she called me as soon as she found out that it was available and wanted me to get in an offer ASAP! She knew this home wouldn't last, and she got right on it!!! I honestly don't think that there would be any other way that I would have the home I have if it wasn't for her! I definitely recommend Andi for anyone's home buying needs! She cares about her "customers" and will do whatever she needs to, to ensure their happiness! I can't thank her enough for putting up with us for those six months!
