Kevin helped us buy a home in Summerville from our residence in Chattanooga, TN. We knew it would be tricky because we couldn't drive the 7 hours to go house hunting in person, the market was just too hot. Kevin assured us he was experienced in working with buyers long distance, and felt comfortable doing video or live streaming the walk through of any homes that we liked, so we could get a jump on placing an offer earlier. The prospect seemed intimidating but we placed our trust on his honest demeanor and his past experience flipping homes that he'd have a good eye for issues. We were not disappointed. He got us a walkthrough the next day of a house that had just come on the market that we were interested in. In the walk through, he pointed out the pros and cons. He didn't try to hide a thing. He guided us on our bidding offer to make sure we didn't go more than we necessarily thought we had to, and secured the contract. From there on to closing time he was easily accessible, quick to respond to text inquiries, and professionally saw us through to closing. He's continued to check in here and there to make sure we've settled in and see if we need anything he might be able to help with (recommendations for a local painter, connections for job hunting, restaurant suggestions... literally anything). He's a realtor and a genuinely honest, caring human being.

Kevin provided Outstanding service through out the entire real estate transaction. He carefully listened to what I was looking for and continuously sent me properties to look at that were appropriate. When we looked at properties his knowledge of the surrounding area gave me a very good idea if they were priced properly. He always put my best interests first and when he saw something wrong with a property he would let me know and give me an idea how much it would cost to fix it. Kevin buys, sells and flips a number of properties himself so he is very astute when looking at properties and has a great black book of local talented contractors that can help you.
