Kevin is an AWESOME realtor. We meet Kevin about 2 years ago before moving to the Charleston area. We were looking for a home to rent not knowing the area we decided not to buy immediately. Kevin took the time to walk through homes for us, take videos and send them to us so we could view from another state. This was very surprising as we were just going to rent a home so really nothing was in it for him monetarily. He told us that this is his way of maintaining his reputation, building his rapore and gaining repeat clients. He even went as far as to bring us a house warming gift for our rental and to check up on us to make sure the move and the house was as we were anticipating. My wife and I knew after all of Kevin's efforts that he was a realtor that was to be valued and took much pride in his work and work relationships. Kevin is definitely one that will go above and beyond for his clients. We told Kevin when the time comes we would use him for the purchase of a home. Now, almost 2 years later he is still our realtor. He showed us many homes, even at a moments notice, helped with the pros and cons of each home and how each could potentially hold theit value. One of the houses that we looked at on literally a 15 minutes notice is now our new home! Kevin made the process extremely easy for us as a buyer. Throughout the buying process he answered MANY questions we had even late at night and even on Thanksgiving. Once our time in our new house is up, Kevin will again be our realtor, Hands down!

Kevin provided Outstanding service through out the entire real estate transaction. He carefully listened to what I was looking for and continuously sent me properties to look at that were appropriate. When we looked at properties his knowledge of the surrounding area gave me a very good idea if they were priced properly. He always put my best interests first and when he saw something wrong with a property he would let me know and give me an idea how much it would cost to fix it. Kevin buys, sells and flips a number of properties himself so he is very astute when looking at properties and has a great black book of local talented contractors that can help you. Kevin was only a phone call away whenever I had a question, day or night. He made the entire real estate transaction a lot less stressful. I give Kevin my most enthusiastic Five Star Rating. Greg
