Lisa was a pleasure to work with I gave her what I was looking for and which areas I was interested in. Every day she would have new listings in my que for me to look at. She would follow up with me day and night to see when I was available to look at houses or to see if I had any questions about any of the houses as well. Once I found the home that I liked she kept in constant contact with the sellers realtor to make sure things on their end were on schedule. We had some issues with the sellers contractor and Lisa jumped in and made sure that they met deadlines she even went by the house and noticed that while they were painting the kitchen it didn't match so she personally bought some paint asked me what color i liked and had them repaint the entire kitchen so it would match from top to bottom. So if you want a realtor that is going to make sure you are taken care of Lisa is that realtor.

Working with Lisa was nothing short of great. I can attest to the fact that her patience and tenacity were consistently tested throughout the process. I will preface this by saying I am naturally assertive and very particular; the kind of buyer any realtor would only kindly describe as an acquired taste (admittedly).We agreed on the profile that was of interest, and naturally I was unwilling to compromise on either parameter. Lisa routinely provided lists upon lists of viable prospects and ultimately we found one that fit the bill, to our mutual relief.Fortunately for the both of us I came prepared and, if I have at least one virtue, I was decisive. The journey lasted only 5 weeks from application to close and we shared a celebratory meal and vowed to do it again (I hope).Lisa's professionalism and knowledge of the DFW market was pivotal in the search process, and her ability to network with her peers was innately beneficial. Finding a home that meets all criteria (proximity to work/schools/shopping/freeway/amenities, age, esthetics/curb appeal, condition, upgrades, neighborhood, size, functional elements, cost etc.) is a tall order for any realtor. She made sure there was no shortage of alternatives and we went on an intensive two-week hunt until this objective was realized.Her professionalism was exemplified from the initial meeting to the close, and I would recommend her to anyone I know; on account that they will be in as good hands as I was.
