Billy Rabbitt, and his Team, were AWESOME! We hadnt sold/purchased a home in almost 30 years and was scared to attempt to try it again so we kept putting it off. However, Billy spent an afternoon with us and walked us through the process for both selling our home and purchasing a new one and what it would take. By the time he left, are fears were gone and we were on our way to the next phase of our lives. Billy and his Team were there every step of the way, even in panic moments when anxiety would kick in. Billy was right there to calm our nerves and assure us things were right on track as they should be. He not only worked on selling our house to the right family, but he also worked on locating the PERFECT home for my handicap son to be able to get around in effortlessly and in the area we were looking to relocate too! Billy did such a wonderful job and we had 110 percent confidence in him and his Team that when he said he found the perfect house for us, we put an offer in - sight unseen - because we felt Billy knew exactly what we needed and wouldnt just offer one up to make a sale! HE WAS SO RIGHT! We ended up getting THAT house and it couldnt have been a more perfect house for our family, if we had built it ourselves. Billy, and his Team, was right there for us, everytime we called, from the very start until even after move in day! He checked in on us even after the paperwork was completed and still does to this day. Billy and his whole Team was very professional through the whole process. However, each and everyone of them were also very friendly and a delight to work with and they made us feel more like we were doing business with friends instead as their client which made the whole ordeal alot more pleasant and less stressful for all involved. We will and have been recommending Billy Rabbitt and his Team to everyone we talk with about buying/selling their homes. If and when we are in the market to sell and/or buy real-estate again, Billy Rabbitt will be the person we call.
