We couldn't have had a better realtor than Pat Schemel. Hands down! We found Pat online and had a really good connection right from the start. We weren't ready to buy at the time, but we started the conversation, a conversation that lasted almost 3 years and resulted in a very happy home purchase. Pat listened and modified our requirements as we progressed and even though it took 1 1/2 years to actually meet, Pat stayed in touch through personal emails and didn't bombard us with listings that might or might not fit us. Pat has a very positive attitude that shines through in her approach to work and she is an optimist which helps when you think your dream house isn't out there. The first time we went house hunting with Pat was a true discovery process and she helped us capture what was really important to us which made subsequent house hunting trips so much more focused. I should say that ours was a long distance purchase which in itself is a challenge, but Pat made it work by being attentive, super responsive and available. She is a really good negotiator and she has superb knowledge of the local area. I would use Pat Schemel again any day and I highly recommend her to you.
