Jeanne agreed to show me a house at 12pm in Hebron, CT (which is 30 minutes away from me!) on 3/6/17. She explicitly told me the house was still available and that we were confirmed to meet at the location at 12pm. I showed up at 11:55 and waited for over 20 minutes. She did not show up. I had to call the broker / main agency to find out what happened. Come to find out, the house is pending and someone already put a payment down on it. I am FURIOUS that my time, energy and money was utterly wasted and disrespected. I received NO email stating that the house was pending and that our meeting was to be "cancelled". No email or call about this situation was received. I would at LEAST expect a notification about the situation and an apology. She should have owned up and told me the house was not viewable any more, instead of just not showing up! I also should've been given some basic common courtesy and I should've been offered other houses to view and consider. Not only will I not work with Jeanne EVER again. But I won't be using the agency / agencies that use or represent her. This is absolutely unacceptable and the amount of unprofessionalism is far too much.
