Bobbie was always able to schedule viewings for me quickly and she was always looking out for new properties coming on the market. She'd sent emails with listings or call if something showed up in my price-range with the features I wanted. She returned calls and emails in a timely manner and she was always sweet and friendly. But what really impressed me about Bobbie was, when push came to shove during the negotiations and at the closing, she knew her stuff and when the sellers lawyer tried to pull a fast one, she caught it right off the bat and refused to budge until the contract was corrected, saving me about $3000 in closing costs. I ended up with exactly what I was looking for, well within my price-range. She didn't try and talk me into more expensive properties, and she never got frustrated with me for taking my time or changing my mind about a house.
