Shannon was very responsive, both timely and according to my preferred method of communication. Given my work environment, we texted often (versus calling) and given my life or was sometimes even beefy late at night. She also was great at recommending properties in our budget (we had two ranges depending on the property -a "for now" home and "forever" home- and was especially helpful with recommendations/ strategies when the world fell apart during Covid19. We began our search just as everything was shutting down, and were able to view homes as restrictions were lifted(including inspections to protect us from unknowns given viewing restrictions) Closing was in June 2020, and we couldn't be happier with the home chosen... for price, quality and location. Extremely talented, highly recommend.
