With Mary, she cares about YOU and what you will need. That was evident from our very first call. I had been calling agents in the area, searching for the right one to help with the daunting task of moving back to MI after 13 years of being away. When I had my call with Mary I was expecting another round of generic questions. But the first thing she asked me was aEURoetell me a little bit about yourself and whats going on.aEUR? We hit it off from there and she actually spent most of the time telling me about herself vs the other way around. It was her overview of the market and experience that sold me on her level of expertise. I felt confident she knew what she was doing and that wed be in good hands. And we were. She is super responsive and overly thoughtful. We were managing everything from a distance and she was available for anything we needed. She would go on virtual tours for us and even when we were having technical difficulties with cell phone reception she saw it through and made sure we got what we needed. When we finally flew up to see listings in person she was ready for us and had all the showings scheduled and even made some crazy on-the-fly adjustments to make sure she could accommodate us in the short window of time we had to do things in person. She is also tough as nails and stands up for her clients during intense negotiations. Once we found the right house she was ready to go and was going to make sure we got it. And we did!
