I've been a friend of Shanon's since before she became a realtor. Her integrity, honesty and genuine love of people makes her an amazing realtor. I have 2 sons who used her as their realtor. The first one had just gotten out of the Navy and moved his family back to West Texas from San Diego. Finding any housing was almost impossible at the time. He, his wife and 2 children had to stay in a hotel for a couple of months. Shannon knew they were looking and was keeping her eyes and ears open for me. As soon as something became available she called and we immediately met with her and she talked the sellers into allowing them to rent for a few months until my son and his wife had stable jobs. Shannon went out of her way to help this family find a home. My other son had also been in th Navy, and had moved back a few years before buying a home. Shannon had shown a number of houses to him and his wife over a couple of years, so she knew what they were wanting. One day they found something that they really wanted and contacted the realtor listed on the sign. They showed them the house but did nothing to help them get the house, even though they had money for a down payment and great credit. They did no negotiating with the sellers and my son had given up on the house. I told them they should contact Shannon. They did and she went out of her way to negotiate and make it happen for them. Last year my son, daughter I law and their two children spent their first Christmas in their lovely home that they would not have gotten if it were not for Shannon going out of her way to help them.
