When my husband and I were in the market to buy and sale a home, there was no doubt in our mind who we would use as a realtor.Our experience was a very unique one. One that God had his hands in the entire time. We sold and bought at the same time; and very quickly at that.Shannon Carrillo was amazing. She listened to our needs and worked very diligently in fulfilling each and every request. She was able to handle the roller coaster of a ride we went through with a smile and words of encouragement. We picked a house on Vicky and placed an offer but weeks later we found out that the house didnt appraise. we had to move quick to find a home because our house on Bluebird was under contract . Shannon showed us at least a couple dozen houses to help us find the perfect home in a short amount of time When there was an option for us to entertain a seller with offers Shannon jumped on it. Shannon Carrillo will always hold a special place in our hearts She was encouraging when we thought we lost our dream home on Vicky. She kept out spirits up so that we could push on.Shannon helped us to sale our house on Bluebird and purchase our home on Merrily. What she did for us was nothing less than life changing.

Being from another state, I wanted to find a caring and honest real estate agent. After dealing with agents in PA, I was very disillusioned. My daughter and I discussed what we both wanted in a home. She set up an appointment with Shannon. Jennifer and Shannon found the aEUR~perfect house. From start to finish, we had the keys to our new home in about a month. Shannon was able to get a good price for us. She was always in contact with us throughout the whole process. She made us feel like we were important to her. My daughter had more contact with her since I am still in PA. Jennifer is a hard person to please but Shannon made her feel comfortable, always answered Jennifers questions, made suggestions. Shannon always answered our calls. She knew the housing market, and after taking to Jennifer, she was able to narrow down on the houses that met our needs, was in our price range and in a neighborhood where we would feel safe. Shannon has restored our faith in agents. I cant wait to make the big move to the beautiful state of Texas and finally meet Shannon in person. Shannon is a person we can call and get recommendations for any upgrades we may want to do to our new home. Because she sold us a house, her commitment to us doesnt end there. If in the future, Jennifer may decide that she wants to buy another home, she will definitely call Shannon. I cant say enough good about Shannon, she is definitely a credit to her profession.What I was looking for in an agent was a person who would listen to what we wanted, someone who would not try to put us into a house that was not within my budget. We wanted an agent who would work with us, not against us. We have found that in Shannon!
