I was not acquainted with Daria prior to meeting her as an agent. Immediately, I felt very comfortable with her as a knowledgeable realtor but more so as a caring friend.When we found the house that just said "I should live here", she worked very hard to negotiate the best deal possible (under some unusual circumstances) for me to buy the perfect house. Daria was always very prompt in returning calls and keeping me informed on the progress and was willing to meet me anyplace. I was under a time crunch and Daria pushed ahead to be sure we finished close to my deadline. I felt she also was great at explaining to an inexperienced client, the realty process from start to finish. I felt educated at the end of our closing.As we begin the next step, selling my house, she has been keeping me informed on every step of the process. I have all the faith in Daria that a sale will come quickly

I called and asked Daria that I wanted to look at houses to buy in the summer of 2016 and she helped me without hesitation. So, for about 6 months she helped (always with a smile) to find a perfect home for me and my two little girls. I would e-mail or text Daria (also her partner Marsha) homes that I liked and she was always quick to answer and set up appointments. In the winter of 2017 we finally found a home that we loved and in April of 2017 we moved into our home and couldn't be happier. Through the process Daria and Marsha were very helpful and professional and made you feel like family rather then a home buyer. My family will always use Daria and Marsha when we are looking for property to buy in or around Lincoln.
