We were contacted by Jeff through the listed home we purchased through Realtor.com. He was very pleasant and polite and helped us through the offer process very well. Jeff was very responsive through the first 3 legs of the buying process but we were somewhat disappointed that at the closing of escrow, there were minimal communication and around outstanding repairs. He was not present when we formally entered the home as the new owners and he may have other priorities to attend to but it would have been nice to celebrate the milestone with your valued clients or check over the phone how it went. There was no follow up communication or hello after we moved until we received the email April 20th requesting to review his performance. We enjoyed Jeff very much as he was very pleasant to work with. Our bar of expectations as home buying customers may be seen as high by some or unreasonable but I hope Jeff takes our input constructively and as a learning experience that may help him when he does land a new client with the same buying service expectations as ours. Overall, Jeff is very knowledgeable and great to work with.
