I was initially looking for a place to rent. Buying seemed like a fantasy. Ian was able to help me tease-out some details without any pressure. Suddenly I was a first time homeowner. He was able to ease me into, and through, the buying process. The part of Ian's professionalism I appreciate and respect the most is his communication skills. He was always available by phone and text. If he didn't have the answer to a question he followed up with an answer ASAP. Ian was not the principle agent for the house I purchased. I had to rely on his communications with the principle agent. (with a different real-estate company) This always went well with only minimal delays. There was a problem with the house that needed to be addressed prior to purchase. (Isn't there always?). Ian, working with the other agent, was able to meet my needs using a bit of creativity....or it seemed like that to me. The issue was a deal-breaker for me and Ian made the deal happen. If I needed to buy again I'd definitely go to Ian.
