Mia Holland deserves 10 Stars in my book. Mia is not only extremely professional and knowledgeable, she carries several years of experience that makes her a perfectionist at what she does and that is selling your house and helping you purchase a new house. Mia is extremely pleasant to work with...she is friendly, intelligent, sensitive, understanding, intuitive, a good listener and a true joy to be around. My two siblings and I recently sold our family home in New Bedford, where our family has resided for four generations and Mia and her husband Scott helped makr a very emotional experience much easier than it could have been. In addition to helping us sell our mother's home, Mia also helped my sister purchase a new home in the area. Both transactions, which happened simultaneously, went very smoothly and that is because Mia really thinks of everything and stays on top of things every step of the way. Mia kept in close communication with us throughout the entire hectic process for both transactions, making sure we understood what was going on and what our next steps were, always ensuring that everything went perfectly and without a hitch. I completely trust Mia and her husband Scott. They treated me like a dear friend and made themselves available to me at the drop of a hat. Mia answered my texts and calls promptly and no question was too trivial. She took the time to listen to my sister and me and always explained things in detail and in a way that was easy to understand. I truly have never worked with a realtor as supportive and understanding as Mia. I felt very comfortable looking to her for guidance. I began my long distance business relationship with Mia over 5 years from my home in Colorado, and throughout that time, she faithfully kept in touch with me, making sure to keep me in the loop on the housing market and buying and selling trends in the New Bedford area, as my plan was to relocate back to Massachusetts at some point. Over the years, Mia became a friend and confidant to me, as well. I look forward to her informative videos and tidbits of knowledge that she faithfully passes along to her subscribers. Both she and Scott are truly a wealth of knowledge and experience. When my sister began looking for a home in the New Bedford area, we were not very optimistic about the timing of the sale of our family home and the purchase of a new home at the same time, but Mia persevered and helped guide my sister into the purchase of her new home, which included putting us in touch with loan professionals and helping us work through all the financing details. We were extremely impressed and extremely pleased with the outcome. I would not hesitate to hire Mia in the future for any of our housing needs. Meghan Mello, is a wonderful to work with amazing personality first off. She has been a pleasure helping my family every step of the way. Every moment I felt that the search was over she had more information on another apartment. She took a lot of stress off my plate by calling the landlords and making every effort to be there during the viewing. Meghan was always quick to respond back anytime even during the weekends. Hard worker for sure. Meghan you are a pleasure, my guardian Angel through this tuff time, very resourceful. Thank you for being on top of it all and pleasant.
