What an absolute blessing it was to find Simi Rush and Tammy Bass!!! As an active duty military family stationed overseas, we reached out online prior to returning Stateside and Simi immediately began walking us through options. When we finally landed in RI and met with her, Simi made time for us day and night, literally, to find the right rental property. When Simi wasn't available, Tammy quickly stepped in to ensure we were taken care of and represented in our search. Along the way, we looked at some properties for sale, but ultimately went with a rental to meet our short-fused needs. A few months living in the rental home and we discovered a toxic mold issue which hadn't been discolsed by the owner resultin in us having to vacate the property and throw away countless pieces of property, heirlooms, children's memories, etc. During this period of insane stress, we reached out to Simi again for her expertise. She quickly became much more to us than our 'realtor'. Her knowledge of the areas, schools, markets, potential for resale/rent, upgrade potential, etc. was all so amazing that she was able to provide honest and instant answers to things that we were asking and things we hadn't even thought to ask.Ultimately, she helped us find and purchase our first home! It had been taken off the market for the winter and she was able to get us a showing and walked us through the offer process shortly thereafter. After our offer was accepted, it was her networking that brought in all of the remaining top-notch players to get us out of a tiny, temporary rental and into our own home. Today, we sit in our 'new' house and owe a huge thanks to Simi and Tammy. Their patience, understanding, dedication, and friendship has helped ease the stress and mental anquish of losing a lifetime of memories made this entire experience easier to handle for our family.You will NOT go wrong working with Simi and Tammy. There is no smoke and mirrors and no sugar coating a bad deal with them. You get direct, unwavering honesty and the peace of mind knowing a true professional has your back and best interest even after the ink is on the contract.
