Jenifer was a wonderful match for my husband and I! We are serious planners and had a tight deadline--about 13 weeks for finding, buying, and moving into our first home. Despite preparing to leave for her first vacation in a very long time, Jenifer accepted us as her clients and hit the ground running. With very short notice from us, Jenifer managed to schedule a marathon day of house-hunting, back-to-back showings virtually from sun-up to sun-down! After the full day with us, hearing what we liked and didn't like about the 8 properties we toured, Jenifer had learned our preferences and was able to discern for us that no other properties currently on the market fit our criteria and priorities and were worth touring. This no doubt saved us tons of time and proceed more quickly in making an offer on our top choice home. We have deeply valued Jenfier's insight and advice throughout the home-buying process. At pivotable points, Jenifer's guidance made our decisions clear and easy. She also stressed that these decisions were ours to make and honored our priorities, preferences, and limitations with no push-back. Jenifer is also very understanding and family-friendly. We have needed to bring our toddler with us for most of the home-buying activities, including our marathon house-hunting day. Jenifer accommodated us by showing some of the houses twice--once each for my husband and I while the other parent stayed with our daughter in the car while she napped. Jenifer has also engaged with our daughter and entertained her so my husband and I could check things out, ask questions, and really focus on this very important event in our life.My husband and I had an excellent team for our home-buying process, which allowed us to close on the house within 7 weeks!Jenifer definitely played a big role in helping us secure this home, for which we are enormously excited! It's pretty simple. Jenifer is the sole reason we were successful in buying our first home. Where to begin? I could mention her professionalism, kindness, and incredible patience...(we were first time buyers.) That reminds me, if you are a first-time anything, get Jenifer Hoffman! I suppose I could mention the incredible depth, breadth, and wealth of her knowledge about Real Estate, which is awe-inspiring. Then again I suppose I could tell you about the fact that when she says she is going to do something, she does it, and does it well, every time, without fail. Then I might talk about her INCREDIBLE advocacy on our part; she single-handedly guaranteed the success of our deal on several occasions, and she negotiated on our behalf as if we were her family members, rather than simply her newest clients. So I could tell you all those things, or maybe I'll just say this: We had a property in mind when we first reached out to Jenifer, and our deal turned out to be more than a little complicated, with A LOT of moving parts. Jenifer was absolutely TIRELESS on our behalf, she never faltered, never wavered, and never gave up. (As a matter of fact, WE almost gave up. But she kept us going.) As I say, it was complicated, and while she never said anything to us, it is clear to us that it was more work than usual. Jenifer was as enthusiastic, energetic, patient, and professional on the last day as she was on the first. I'm not sure I have ever met anyone who was as good at their job as Jenifer is at hers. So again, it's pretty simple: If you want your deal to go through, get Jenifer Hoffman as your agent.
