Working with Jennifer was delightful from our first phone call through to my closing. I was living in New York, moving to Vermont, and working full-time throughout it all so the logistics could have been a disastrous nightmare. Instead, her flexibility and on-going communication (emails and phone) helped me "stay on track" . Her knowledge of the area was evident from the beginning. Most impressive was her ability to work WITH me throughout this whole process. Having listened to my vision for a new home she helped me stay focused and remain realistic. Also, there were several things noted during the inspection process that needed fixing and her recommendations for individuals to do that work were outstanding. At all times, she was the one helping me (I wasn't passed over to another associate). I definitely give her a 5 Star Rating.
