2015- Below is the review that I wrote regarding Anna Schierioth. Once again Anna has out done herself. My father-in-law passed away in January and my husband and I were left with a lot of stuff to figure out. Anna found us some one to clean out the house, she helped us figure out what needed to be done to make the house sellable. Then we put it in her hands and she worked hard to get the house sold . She made the whole process so much easier. Her straightforward approach to the situation and her extreme kindness made an extremely difficult time flow so nicely. We are considering a move in the near future and I would not go to anyone else but Anna!2007-We have been dealing with Anna as our Realtor for 17 years. She found us the home that our children grew up in and when it was time to downsize she sold our home and found us our current home. She is very committed to her clients and respects each as an individual. She gets to know her clients and gets a real feel for what they are looking for - her honesty is very refreshing!! Anna makes the often difficult process of buying/selling a house run very smoothly and takes care of any and all trouble shooting. I would highly recommend Anna Schierioth to any one trying to buy or sell a home.

I could not have had a realtor that was more assiduous, hard-working , practical, & knowledgable . She. "Busted her butt" to get the house sold. I recommend her to everybody! Anna advised us to get the septic system inspected when we put house on the market with her. It ended up needing 13k worth of work and took 3 months. Chances are if this had happened at the time of sale, the sale would have fallen through. We used another realtor before Anna and over that 8 month period had only 1 showing. When Anna took over, she tailored the advertisements to the market, put frequent adds in newspapers (which our previous realtor had refused to do). We often had weekly showings even through the winter. She followed up with other realtors and potential buyers. She was invaluable in helping us stage the house and had an encyclopediac knowledge of local contractors.
