In the 3 years Ive spent researching the NYC real estate market to purchase a home, Ive never met an agent with such a fighting spirit like Katherine, Right off the bat, she was super responsive, listened to all the things I was looking for, and really made me feel safe with her expertise and guidance. For example, we had put in an offer on a condo in Prospect Lefferts and after learning more about the owner of the building, she and the excellent attorney she recommended, did not feel comfortable with the purchase and advised me to walk away. Best decision ever. Six months later, the condo is still on the market at -10% or more of the original listing price!
