Shannon was 15 out of 10! She bent over backward for us. We were making a big move from California to Indiana. We started looking in Carmel, IN, but after numerous zillow searches we didnt find anything that suited our family. We gave Shannon a list of wants and she immediately went into action. She emailed us a list of homes in a different city (Fishers) and assured us this city is great for raising families. We narrowed it down to 2 houses. Shannon went out of her way to go to both open houses for us since we were out of state. She is extemely polite and professional. When we narrowed it down to 1 house, she again went out of her way and did a video tour with us. After the tour we made an offer on the house in which we live in now. Since we were out of state, Shannon looked after our new home until we arrived. She met and stayed while the carpet cleaners came and when the movers showed up. She even recommended and introduced me to a few people in the Property Management Industry as she knew I was moving with no job lined up. Other amazing things she did: If we texted her a question or an update she would often respond in 2 minutes or less. When you choose to work with Shannon (and I HIGHLY recommend you do) she will make contact with you quickly and invite you to meet anywhere thats convenient for you to discuss what you want, deal breakers, price ranges, neighborhoods, etc.. after you finish, she will give you her opinion/feedback on what you said and ask follow up questions and suggest you check out things you might not have considered, etc. Obviously, making an informed decision is the most important part of buying a home. But personally, as being aEURoeemotionallyaEUR? invested as well in buying a home, having someone who properly set, managed, and came through with: expectations was such a lifesaver and made me feel so at ease throughout the entire process. We felt like we were working with our best friend rather than a real estate agent. THE BEST OF THE BEST!

My wife and I met Shannon when we made an appointment on Zillow to see a house. She contacted us, made the appointment, and knew all the details of the property when we viewed it. As we spoke to her that day, we realized that Shannon was going to be the person to help us sell our house as well as help with buying a new one.We did find a house and Shannon and her team were super in guiding us through that process.Better yet, she gave us great guidance on what we needed to list and show our old residence. She was totally focused on value and was great in making sure we'd optimized where we prepared the house. That house went on the market the day after we closed on our new one, and it sold on the first day for over the asking price! Needless to say we were thrilled!Shannon and her team are the best!
