Tyson has a wonderful personality... I was very impressed when he took the initiative... by calling me immediately when I first began surfing the Highgarden site to introduce himself... we had become discouraged in finding a home any time soon however Tyson's phone call changed all that... Tyson has walked us through every step with care and respect as well as excitement... Tyson has treated us like family. We had a long list of what we did not want but wasn't real clear on what we did want... Tyson took our list and worked hard everyday to help find our house... he is a superb communicator... excellent at taking the time needed to explain things without ever making us feel rushed... he made himself available at every turn. After only walking through 4 houses... the 5th one was the charm... it is to be our new home! As first time buyers we were babes in the woods... but not your average first time buyers... we are in the 50+++ age group so we can be a challenge... Tyson took that challenge like the pro he is... some of the things we thought we did not want in a home became a misnomer once Tyson educated us on the pro's and con's. Another challenge Tyson faced was doing all of this while I live in a different state... whereas my husband who worked directly with Tyson lives locally. Believe me when I say that was no easy feat however Tyson treated it like that was an everyday occurrence. We had been looking for a home since October 2016... as I stated above had become discouraged... enter Tyson Jan 6, 2017 and we found our new home on Jan 21, 2017. We can't recommend Tyson highly enough to any home buyer from first time buyers to seasoned buyers... Tyson is highly qualified to get the job done resulting in your dream home or final goal.
