When I finally decided to sell my forever home, it was after much soul searching. When I met with Ngoc, I still had reservations, a lot of what ifs. However, Ngoc explained every step of the process in complete detail, answering all of my questions. She kept me informed of ... the process all along the way. Whether it was something happening from the people looking, the eventual buyers or something I needed to do. She just took all of that weight off of my shoulders. She even had a list of very good workers for things I needed to take care of. She was not only a very knowledgeable realtor, but also a person I knew I could count on and trust. She was looking out for my best interest. In short she became someone I could call a friend. I would absolutely encourage anyone looking for an A1 realtor to call Ngoc Can.
