We relocated from out-of-state to an area we were unfamiliar with, in the dead of winter. Trish started the process by getting our wants for a home and setting up a custom online portal to review homes in the market that fit our criteria. The portal was easy to use, allowing us to sort homes into different classifications. Five stars on that great platform. When it came time to look in-person, Trish cleared her schedule for four days to give us an immersive home-search experience. Given that our time was limited having flown in from out-of-state, Trish packed our schedule with 10+ houses a day. She took care of all of the showing arrangements, including canceling a few we realized we just weren't interested in. During the search process, Trish provided valuable feedback about the neighborhoods, schools, and local shopping. Her personal insights helped us make the choice that was best for us. With Trish's expert guidance, we were able to see 30+ homes, put in an offer, go under contract, and be present for the home inspection, all in just four days!Trish and her network of contacts also helped us navigate a complicated and delayed closing (due to seller), and went to bat for us on everything we needed.Bottom line: Trish is a master of her craft, and puts you first above all.
