I've been working with Tiffany for years as her real estate photographer. Out of the 50+ agents that I shoot for, Tiffany was easily my top pick when it was time to list my own home. Tiffany certainly excels at all the skills that I expect from an agent: knowledgeable, ethical, professional, accessible and easy to communicate with. In addition, she goes above and beyond by providing exceptional customer service.Every transaction includes negotiation, and like many deals, my transaction had a few bumps along the way. Tiffany has an innate ability to handle negotiations effortlessly while maintaining a calm and soothing demeanor. She handled all of my stress for me and made it much easier for me to navigate through the process.I received multiple offers on my home, including two OVER asking, even though I set a very high asking price! She heloed me compare each offer and offered pros and cons so that I could select the one that was the best option.
