Kelly was absolutely wonderful to work with. We used her to buy our first home in the area and could not have been more impressed with her responsiveness, professionalism, and overall knowledge of the community/properties. Despite growing up in New Jersey my entire life, when it came to buying my first home, there was so much more to the process (and so many nuances) that Kelly worked patiently with us to educate us on. It was truly great to work with someone who we really felt had our best interest in mind as the buyer. And, as Kelly is also a native of the towns we were looking in, she was incredibly helpful with info on logistical matters, like schools, taxes, etc. Basically anything we asked her she helped us find an answer to. With every house we saw with her (and we saw a lot!) she gave us very real, honest opinions both positive and negative about each listing and always made sure we had all of the information we needed to feel good about purchasing a home. In the end, I think she knew which house we were going to purchase before we even did! We would highly recommend Kelly to anyone looking to buy a home, whether it's your first or fifth. She knows her stuff and is absolutely amazing!

I cant recommend Kelly enough! She knew the market inside and out and was super patient with us. My wish list exceeded my budget and the things I was looking for in a home were very particular. She scoured the market and we eventually found the perfect fit for us. She was a true pro during the negotiation process ensuring that we got a great price. If I had to pick one thing that demonstrated Kellys professionalism it would be that she talked us OUT of several homes that we were interested in. She knew value in a home when she saw it and also recognized aEURoegotchasaEUR? that we needed to avoid. She was clearly not looking to sell us any home as fast as she could in order to collect her commission. She truly had our best interests in mind. That coupled with her market knowledge and negotiating skills make Kelly a great agent and we will absolutely use her again and recommend her to friends.
