Choosing Nicole as our agent was one of the best decisions we made. She helped us sell two condos and purchase our dream home in this crazy market, and she helped make it much less stressful. Nicole is extremely knowledgeable - we reached out to her constantly throughout the entire process and she always had a clear cut answer for us right away. When we sent her a list of 20 homes we wanted to see in one weekend, she did her research to see what was available and then took us to see as many as possible. That same night, she submitted an offer for us (which I'm sure was flawless) on a home that we still can't believe is now ours and it was accepted. I can't say enough good things about Nicole - she is a hustler, she's efficient, she's on point and she does it all with the friendliest, most positive attitude. We would use Nicole for any future home sales/purchases and we recommend her a million times over!

What an experience!!! Buying a house in these trying times is like nothing before and having Nicole to guide us through the process was quite the blessing. Her positive attitude along with her friendly and professional demeanor made her an absolute pleasure to work with! She is knowledgeable, intelligent and accommodating. We were looking for a ranch that didnt require much improvement and located in one of several neighborhoods. Nicole really listened to what our wish list items were and helped us to stay focused on our list as we started to stray from it. It was obvious that Nicole had the respect of her fellow realtors as demonstrated by her ability to show houses at times that were convenient to us.
