Colleen was our first and only choice when we decided to put our Powell home on the market back in 2012. We had been seeing frequent "for sale" signage in our community quickly followed by "sold" and "in contract" signage, and that was how we found out about her. We liked her from the moment we met her, finding her professional yet laid back, and we quickly came up with a game plan to list and market our home. We got calls and scheduled showing immediately, and our house went into contract with a full-priced offer 4 days after it hit the market. Closing was a concern because we were relocating to Charlotte, NC, but she was able to get it done on schedule, keeping us in every loop! We cannot say enough good things about Colleen, and we would refer her to anyone looking for an experienced agent in the market!

Wonderful experience top to bottom!Colleen Reynolds was the seller's realtor on the condo we purchased and did such an incredible job that we used her to sell our home. We had a glitch in our mortgage process and she redirected us to another lender and kept the sellers happy despite the delay. The deal could have fallen thru without her intervention. When it came to selling our home, she provided expert advice, help with staging, excellent photography and direction in the negotiations. She is very attuned to details and deadlines so nothing was missed and that meant we did not have to worry or fret. Our home was in a higher price range and could have taken a longer time to sell, but thanks to Colleen, it sold quickly. On top of all of that, she is friendly, down to earth and very easy to work along side. Colleen is the complete professional package and I would highly recommend her!
