Helen was terrific in selling our home. We had to move quickly and she came in to our home completely prepared on what we needed to do to sell it. We interviewed many brokers but the moment we met her, we had no doubt that she was the right broker in Hawthorn Woods to sell our home. Frankly speaking, we don?t think anyone knew the market as well as she did. She is really honest, straightforward and has a handle on how to price a house in today?s market. So many of the other brokers told us an inflated unrealistic price for our home, but Helen showed us reality. Helen handled many issues during our transaction and when our first deal didn?t move ahead, she immediately brought us a back up offer. She was working for us diligently and she never stops working all the way to the closing table and beyond. We had some difficult inspection issues with our roof and she provided us the guidance we needed to get it done right. Also, her executive team was unreal, constantly involved and communicating the necessary information to get what needed to be done quickly. The way Helen and her communicate show how much they care about you. They really want what is best for you and they are willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done right. Ultimately, Helen and her team are the best of the best and her results were exactly what she said they would be. She got us sold and for a price we were happy with! She is a great broker who we trust and who listens to what you need and then gets you what you need. I have no doubt that Helen is the best broker in Hawthorn Woods and if we had to sell again, we would only consider her. There is nowone like Helen and her team! The best of the best!

Pinch me; I still can?t believe our home is sold!!! Such good news and we are over the moon with excitement. We had a great experience in selling our home with Helen. She sold it in 5 days and for a really good price. She had a plan and we knew from the beginning she knew our neighborhood really well. Our Hawthorn Woods Country Club can be a harder sell but she was really on the money with her timing suggestions as well how to price it to sell. We had been listed before and it was a disaster. Helen was a breath of fresh air and her skill was without question. We love that she agreed to personally show our home and she showed up and did what we asked her to do; she sold our home and for a price that was very acceptable to us.
