We definitely recommend working with Eric! As we were listing and selling our home, he made us feel like we were a priority aEUR" he always responded quickly to our questions, called to keep us updated on any developments and worked hard to market our home. We were thankful that he took the time to get quality photographs of our house, as it helped attract potential buyers. Since our house was older, we worried it may take a while to sell, but it sold within a month! Eric contacted us over a weekend to let us know that there was an offer, and then helped us through the negotiation process. He gave us sound advice and we were happy with the outcome. Eric ensured that the entire process went smoothly, from the day we listed our house to when we closed on the sale.
