Why do we love working with John Romito? Where to begin....John is that perfect blend of friendly and professional. He is super easy to work with, whether you be a buyer or a seller. We love John because we can rely on him to be honest about the properties we are interested in, and because of his extensive knowledge of our area real estate and the nuances of the market. Recently, a deal on a home we were buying almost fell through due to the sellers balking at some pretty major and necessary repairs. John's keen negotiation skills ended up with a workable solution that convinced the sellers (they weren't even his client!!) to stay with the deal. He saved the deal and we got the keys to the house this week! When you are working with John, you feel that you are his number one priority. He answers emails and texts promptly, and does so with a smile :). We highly recommend John for all your real estate needs. You will be glad you did!
