Angie is phenomenal. We initially started talking to a larger real estate firm in town, but were told they would comb through everything and show us about 3 house based on our criteria. The agent we used for a rental did this and what really happened was we were shown three houses in the neighborhood, when I didn?t like the neighborhood, we were back at square one. I found that approach lazy a little lazy. Once we decided to purchased, I wanted to see what Charleston had to offer but we hadn?t really lived here long enough to know all the areas. A fellow military family referred us to Angie. We told her how we wanted to approach things, and she was on it. She listened to us, that is hard to find in a realtor. We had our hearts set on a house that had just been flipped. When construction issues started to surface, Angie had our backs. Because of her meticulous attention to detail we were able to pull out of a house that was looking to be a money pit. She really made everything feel super smooth, even though that was a pretty tense situation. On a new build we looked at, the builder said prices had increased since yesterday and Angie said if we wanted it, she would fight for the original price. We finally found the cutest house in Park Circle, an amazing new neighborhood that wasnt even on our radar. It?s exactly what we were looking for and I attribute that to Angie. She listened to us and wasnt afraid to take the time to show us around and let us make our own decision.
