Dave is an exceptional realtor! We were first time home buyers from out of town, and Dave was the guy who got stuck with us! As it was the first time buying, AND in an unfamiliar area we were very picky and not willing to compromise on much! We also were working with a VA loan which comes with its own set of complications. With the market being how it was, that did not make Daves job any easier. He never gave up on us and never quit pushing forward for us! We felt as he was just as invested in finding ?the perfect fit? as we were. After each home we would discuss pros and cons, likes and dislikes as well as things that we thought we wouldn?t compromise on but became less important as homes had most of our must haves. He asked so many questions that we never even thought of, it wasn?t just ?how many bedrooms and baths do you need?? Dave would adjust criteria and play devils advocate when we found something we loved to be sure it would work for our family! It was nice to know that he actually cared if it would work well for us or not! He went up to bat for us countless times which was an absolute MUST in the accelerated, competitive market. We put Dave through hell and he always had a smile and a solution! If he didn?t know the answer he found it quickly. He?s a family man, with a busy home life and STILL had plenty of time to work with us and we never felt rushed or like he wasn?t ?in it? with us. I highly recommend working with Dave if you are looking for your first, next, or perfect home and want a personalized experience! You will not be disappointed! In fact, if you choose to not work with Dave, it would be a mistake.

Dave Stein with Hatch Realty Bismarck was amazing to work with! When we walked into our Dream Home at one of his Open Houses he wasnt pushy or overbearing. Once we knew how badly we wanted it we talked about our concerns of having to sell our current home. Dave came to our house that same day to give us a market analysis. He listened to our fears and answered all of our questions. We listed our home a few days later. Dave was always available via phone call, text, or email. We were very comfortable with the entire process. We had a lot of fun with Dave as well, always knowing eachothers favorite movie quotes. Our house sold within hours of going on the market! Finally, we were so surprised to find the Hatch Realty gifts at our new home when we showed up after closing! Hatch Realty does so much for the local community as well.
