Jana Miller and Suzanne Clark from the Clark Collective team were amazing before the process even started! I initially thought it would take 6 months to find a house and get an offer accepted but it ended up happening in 2 short weeks! Due to some unforeseen circimstances on my end, the process became a little more complicated. There is nobody I would have rather had in my corner to advocate and make my transaction happen than Jana and Sue. While others may have given up due to the complexity of the situation, she persevered and worked hard for me to get my dreams fulfilled of buying my first home. It was wonderful to have Jana going to bat for me at each and every turn of the home buying process. She is an excellent communicator, hard working, dedicated realtor, and now a great friend! We want to recommend the Suzanne Clark Group of realtors and Keller Williams to everyone we come across for their housing needs. We were initially impressed when Casey and Laurel set up a time with my husband and I to come in and meet with them to discuss everything we wanted, and did not want in our search for a new home. We really felt like they listened to us and used this time as an opportunity to get to know our personalities to really get a sense of who we are and what our needs are. Even though Casey had other clients, we always felt like we were a priority. She always made herself available and worked with our schedules. When we were ready to put an offer in, Laurel took over and made everything so easy. She took care of everything for us, from paperwork to scheduling inspections and especially pushing so hard for us so that we could get keys by the date we wanted them, she made it all happen. The way the Suzanne Clark Group of realtors worked together as a team made this whole home buying process feel seamless and in turn made us feel secure that this home was meant to be and now we couldnt be happier. We know why there are so many Keller Williams listings is because they really have customer service figured out.
