We had such a wonderful experience with Erin and Russell! We came to work with Erin as a result of word-of-mouth recommendation, and it turned out to be one of the best recommendations we've ever received. They listened to us, took the time to understand what we were looking for, were very responsive, and really made us feel like we were their only clients. They were so thorough in their approach to both finding us the right home to buy and selling our home at the time. Erin is incredibly knowledgeable and experienced in Portland real estate. Our sale and purchase turned out to be somewhat complicated, but Erin successfully negotiated both such that we got what we hoped for, something only an agent with her experience could have done. She guided us every step of the way and made it easy for us. Her team of Amy and Carley were on top of everything from beginning to end and were very responsive throughout. Overall I can't recommend Erin and her team highly enough.

Erin, Russell, and their team did an amazing job working with us through the home buying and selling process. They were a pleasure to work with in every way - from scheduling viewings with us last minute to sharing advice and insight, working with their lender to expedite the pre-approval process, negotiating throughout the buying process, and then connecting us with contractors and other service providers to get our old house in amazing condition to sell. While representing us in the selling process, Erin and Russell offered excellent advice on listing prep, pricing, and showings. They personally hosted regular open houses while our house was listed, to get exposure to as many potential buyers as possible. Throughout the entire process of buying and selling, they were incredibly responsive and communication was always clear and helpful! We love our new home, and are so glad we worked with Erin and Russell through this transition! If we ever are dealing with real estate transactions again, we absolutely would work with them, and will recommend them to anyone we know going through the process!
