From the first day I contacted Brent via email, to corresponding and communicating with me at any time I needed him, until the final day when we closed on the sale of my home and simultaneously the purchase of my new condo, I truly couldn't have imagined a better or more wonderful person to work with in the real estate industry than Brent McSpadden. Brent was always on top of sending me information on properties we went to view far in advance so I always knew exactly what to expect. He was keen to listen to my needs and wants regarding my home sale and my condo purchase, and he always found potential properties that were just to my liking. His communication throughout the entire process, from making appointments, to giving advice, to answering my hundreds of questions, was always thorough and thought out. Even his recommendations for appraisers, loan/mortgage companies, and inspectors entailed people that were just as kind, caring, and wonderful as Brent had been. There wasn't an issue with a single step of the process! I never felt like "just a customer" or "just another client" while working with him. It seemed like I was always a priority which made the experience with Brent totally stress free and seamless. Not only did Brent sell my home within a month from the listing date to a buyer with a price that met all of my wants, but he also found the perfect condo property and unit that I am so happily living in now!Brent began simply as my real estate agent and over the course of about a month became a friend and respected mentor that I will cherish long past this buying/selling process. He took what could have been one of the most emotional and stressful situations I had ever been through, and allowed it to be a joyful and easy experience. After doing our research, we decided to go with Brent. The thing that stood out to us was the fact that he is a licensed appraiser as well as a broker. We felt added security that we were going with someone with deep expertise in the Real Estate business. We were not disappointed. Brent was thorough, detailed and always responded quickly to any questions or concerns. Like any home sale, we had a couple of hiccups, last minute buyer demands, etc. Brent was always there to help get those things taken care of as soon as possible. We were under a tight deadline, and Brent helped us get an offer in less than 3 days, which eventually turned into a sale. Lastly, Brent goes first class on the photography! Our home looked spectacular, without all those photo shop tricks. All in all, this was just about as painless as this process could possibly be. Thank you Brent!
