Ashleigh was amazing! I was so lucky to get the chance to work with someone so personable and professional. I just bought my first house and was extremely nervous. Not only was Ashleigh supportive and reassuring the entire process, she had my best interest at the forefront of her work. I sent her several houses I was interested in, and she made sure I didn't waste my time. If the HOA was too high or the location was not what I had said I had wanted, she not only steered me away, but gave me an alternate option that was what I wanted. I feel like Ashleigh read my mind when she found the house I purchased. She was there with me and for me the entire process. I honestly feel like I had my best friend as my real estate agent. I have already referred Ashleigh to three friends and my sister is currently working with her. There is no reason not to buy a house as long as Ashleigh Abhold is an agent.

I would highly recommend Ashleigh if you're looking to buy or sell a home. Ashleigh was the best possible agent to help myself and my fiancA(C) find our first house. She was exceptionally responsive and I might even say she knew what we were looking for better than we did by the time we actually got an offer in on a house. She walked us through the different ways that we could make our offer competitive and often had a decent amount of knowledge on houses before we even went and took a look. Ashleigh helped us walk through houses all around Bellingham (and beyond) and was always on time and accommodating to our schedules. She was able to provide several options we were able to view before they got to market and had established relationships with many of the other agents we came into contact with. When it came time to close on a house, Ashleigh made it seem effortless and I barely had to think twice about anything we needed to do. All around, an amazing experience.
