We met Ashleigh on our first house hunt while visiting our boys in Vancouver from our home in the Atlanta area, as a result of appointment we made through Zillow. We had three house hunting days with Ashleigh and she showed us every house we were interested in and, in some cases, she was able to get us into last minute visits when we didnt expect wed be able to get in. We found the house we wanted on the third day and Ashleigh helped us to make the decision about what our initial offer would be. Ashleigh also had our sales contract ready for us promptly on the following day since we wanted to make our offer quickly to preempt any offers that might come from an open house the next day. With Ashleighs help, we negotiated with the sellers and arrived at an acceptable counter offer on that very day, which was also a Saturday. The rest of our purchase experience with Ashleigh was remote from our Georgia home and we could not be happier with the ongoing communications with Ashleigh regarding the inspections, the status of our own financing and the closing process. Ashleigh helped us to negotiate a later closing date, when the closing date of our old house was pushed by two weeks. She acted as our advocate to inspect the required repairs to our home and every time we had a question or a needed a clarification or an amendment to our sales contract, she was very responsive and gracious. And, finally, she was great in helping us to navigate through the remote closing with the title company. When we arrived at her office with our dogs in tow, fresh off of our flight from Atlanta, to pick up our keys, she had a lovely apple gift basket for us from Bellewood Acres waiting for us. She even made a great recommendation for us to find a pet grooming place to help us clean up an accident one of our dogs had on the flight to Washington. We could not be happier with our choice of Ashleigh to represent us on the purchase of our retirement home! We have have been so happy in our home for almost a year now.

She walked us through strategies to help ensure our offer (buying) and our listing (selling) were competitive and fair, communicated with all relevant stakeholders in both the buying and selling phases of our work together, and went above and beyond in all areas. She was always available for questions and helped us navigate the stress of buying and selling in a ridiculously (good) short time-frame. I would highly recommend working with her!
