We worked with Jeff to find the house we wanted. He was able to get us into the house within 1 day of it arriving on the market and we made an offer that day! The seller accepted our offer and shortly thereafter my wife, daughter and myself were able to move in without a hitchBecause of the great support in buying our new home we asked Jeff to help us sell our old one. We were concerned because a neighbor with a very similar floor plan only one street over had their house on the market for 60 days without a sale. Jeff guided our pricing and promotion. In 12 hours on the market we had 4 showings scheduled and within 24 hours we had an offer that was more than our asking price! We've been asked what we did to sell our house and we simply say that we listened to our realtor, it made all the difference to us. We only had 1 month with two mortgages and that was the month before we put the old house on the market. Great service, very responsive and knowledge. He is also a very honest and candid realtor.
