Seth Robbins is a first-class real estate agent.My wife and I have been working with Seth for more than 2 years while we were living in upstate New York looking for a home in the Southport, NC area that we could relocate to. We gave him some ideas of what we were looking for and he would provide listings. The listings were always right on target. When we finally sold our house in NY and drove down to Southport, we met Seth at his office. We gave him the price bracket we had chosen and Seth came up with a group of homes to visit. We left his office to see homes that were on the market and when we saw the third house, WHAM! We went back to his office and submitted an offer. It was accepted the next day. Now here is where Seths skills guided us through the home buying process seamlessly. His contacts and suggestions throughout this journey of ours. Seth was very instrumental in our finding our forever home! He knows the area, led us to the most impressive homes we were interested in and made it all possible. Making an offer was extremely easy and receiving the counter was also easy. No hassle bidding was needed. As Seth knew the listing agent everything was smooth and flawless. He directed us to the attorney we used, again, flawless. The entire experience was pleasant and conducted in a very cordial setting. After the sell was made, Seth was very helpful in answering all those questions you never think about at the time. We could not have selected a more knowledgeable agent who anticipated our every need.
