My husband & I met with Wendy several times to see various homes in the Benicia/Vallejo areas. She was always professional, and well-prepared, with MLS printouts of each home. After wed seen the houses shed selected for that day, she asked us for feedback so she could gather info about our likes and dislikes. Once we began working with her, she referred us to a wonderful mortgage company. The process really went smoothly. Wendy kept us informed throughout, and stayed in close contact by text. When we withdrew an offer due to expensive deferred maintenance, we requested that we see another home that we found the very next day. She didnt question our decision, and she took us to see the home that we eventually purchased! It all worked out and were extrememly happy. We were totally pleased with our real estate experience with Wendy.She has a fun sense of humor, and was able to help us through the sometimes daunting amount of paperwork.
