Kelly is AMAZING!!! I would and do recommend her any chance I get! After several failed attempts at finding a real estate agent who understood my needs, wants, and desires, I was referred to Kelly by several friends. Let me just say, I looked forward to each and every interaction I had with Kelly. She was thoughtful in the homes she suggested for me to visit, as well as the homes to walk away from. She literally made the stress of purchasing a home melt away. When we finally found my perfect home, everything was smooth and easy. She takes care of her client?s needs. My husband & I met with Wendy several times to see various homes in the Benicia/Vallejo areas. She was always professional, and well-prepared, with MLS printouts of each home. After wed seen the houses shed selected for that day, she asked us for feedback so she could gather info about our likes and dislikes. Once we began working with her, she referred us to a wonderful mortgage company. The process really went smoothly. Wendy kept us informed throughout, and stayed in close contact by text. When we withdrew an offer due to expensive deferred maintenance, we requested that we see another home that we found the very next day. She didnt question our decision, and she took us to see the home that we eventually purchased! It all worked out and were extrememly happy. We were totally pleased with our real estate experience with Wendy.She has a fun sense of humor, and was able to help us through the sometimes daunting amount of paperwork.
