If you are both very careful with your money, and very serious about finding the ideal house for you, you must absolutely work with Bruce. He is extremely conscientious, as my experience proved. Briefly put, I am excessively analytical and detail-oriented. Before deciding on a realtor, I interviewed a few, presenting them with my preferences and budget considerations and looking at the options they offered and comparing their reactions. Bruce was exceptional in that he gave me all the time I needed, answered all my questions patiently and clearly, and was very honest when it comes to what he thought of my preferences. Whenever we walked into a house, it clearly showed that he has an advantage in terms of his intimate knowledge of building and construction.Most importantly, his top priority as a realtor was to get me the house I was looking for, not to make a quick buck: at some point he advised me to wait for some time for the market to slow down! The process took 5 months, and I ended up with a very satisfactory house. He is also very courteous: he left me a gift card and a very nice thank you note as well. I fully recommend him for any homebuyer.
