I just purchased a condo and Kelly was my real estate agent. She showed me every condo I was interested in looking at, managing to get appointments to see them at times that were convenient to my schedule and made the best use of my time. After I found the perfect place and put in an offer, Kelly worked hard to make sure the deal closed. I ran into a lot of snags due to the home lending market being so tight, and even with perfect credit I was having a hard time closing on my mortgage. It seemed that everything that could go wrong did. Kelly was a rock. I had moments of despair when I thought it would all unravel, but Kelly had my back. She was even able to get the transaction closed on New Year's Eve when the title company was closed so that I wouldn't have to wait until after the new year to move into my new home.
