I believe Karen Pinion was my realtor since I asked her to place a bid for me. Of course I didn't meet her in person since I don't live in Ohio. I instead called Gary Benko who helped me long distance to make a purchase. I feel she didn't want the hassle of long distance business. Therefore I will not change my review. I wanted to put a bid on a HUD house but she didn't do it. I don't remember how many days passed since I heard from her. On the last day,of which I asked her many times when the last day was,of the bid time she contacted me after I bugged her to death and made excuses why she didn't place my bid because I was out of state. I could have been to Ohio to do the paper work in 12 hours. The house got sold. I then looked into another HUD house that I purchased with the help of Gary Benko and did everything online.
