For someone who hasn't had to buy a home for over 30 years, it was a pleasure to work with Matt and Jessica Ritter. Real estate transactions have changed a lot, especially with the market being so crazy during COVID. I had been referred to the Ritters by my daughter and I know she also had an exceptional experience. Matt spent a good deal of time with me either speaking on the phone or texting to find me just the right home in Venice. If he didn't have all the answers, he would seek the information and follow up with me as soon as possible. I really felt as if I was his only client and I know I wasn't! Matt was committed to finding that checked all my boxes! This was due to the personalized service and the relationship that developed. Theresa is outstanding. In 2011 when I was looking for a house I reached out to her. She was recommended by a friend. This year when I wanted to sell my house she was the first person I thought of. She returned my call right away and within days the house was listed and sold. I was also interested in buying a new house and she was extremely helpful. Her knowledge of Sarasota County is top notch and once again within days I was signing forms to build a new house in a new development. She listens to you and works for you. As for going above and beyond . . . the last thing I expected was for her to offer to paint my pool deck for me. She did and between the two of us we got it painted. I appreciate her very much and would recommend her very highly to anyone interested in either buying or selling. Again . . . top notch and outstanding!
