For someone who hasn't had to buy a home for over 30 years, it was a pleasure to work with Matt and Jessica Ritter. Real estate transactions have changed a lot, especially with the market being so crazy during COVID. I had been referred to the Ritters by my daughter and I know she also had an exceptional experience. Matt spent a good deal of time with me either speaking on the phone or texting to find me just the right home in Venice. If he didn't have all the answers, he would seek the information and follow up with me as soon as possible. I really felt as if I was his only client and I know I wasn't! Matt was committed to finding that checked all my boxes! This was due to the personalized service and the relationship that developed. They were in-sync with us throughout the Buying (found a dream house) & Selling (sold in 2 days) of our homes.
