Wyatt is by far the best agent weve ever used to buy and sell homes. Over the years, Ive bought and sold seven properties as my residences and have known Wyatt since 2004. Ive consulted with numerous agents most of which were motivated by quick commissions, but not Wyatt. He focuses on finding what we want and getting the best value for the price. He is quick to point out both pros and cons of properties that we consider, and always has our best interest in mind. His integrity, knowledge, level of effort, attention to detail and honesty is not often found in the Real Estate business. Even when we showed high interest in a property, he has discouraged our impulse to buy if the property is overpriced for any reason, including both location and condition. I wouldnt buy a home, even if I found it myself, without his involvement. You wont find a better agent anywhere!

Above and beyond!Shannon was recommended by a friend and she's everything a Realtor should be, and then some. From the first meeting, we were impressed by her preparation and professionalism as well as her knowledge of the area. It took her no time at all to figure out our not-on-the-same page tastes and she adjusted accordingly making the time spent looking at houses efficient and effective. She even took video and facetime'd a home so we could see it from our home in another state! Every single thing she did with us and for us showed how dedicated she is and had her personal touch. Without Shannon, I honestly don't think we would have ended up in this home that we absolutely love and community that is just right for us. She took such great care of us at every phase of the purchase and closing making what could have been a stressful time very smooth and I know we got a better deal because she was negotiating for us. Shannon is an absolute pleasure and I couldn't recommend her more!
