For someone who hasn't had to buy a home for over 30 years, it was a pleasure to work with Matt and Jessica Ritter. Real estate transactions have changed a lot, especially with the market being so crazy during COVID. I had been referred to the Ritters by my daughter and I know she also had an exceptional experience. Matt spent a good deal of time with me either speaking on the phone or texting to find me just the right home in Venice. If he didn't have all the answers, he would seek the information and follow up with me as soon as possible. I really felt as if I was his only client and I know I wasn't! Matt was committed to finding that checked all my boxes! This was due to the personalized service and the relationship that developed. I would highly recommend this team if you or anyone you know is in the market down this way. Thanks Matt and Jessica! I am so happy in my new home~

Normally I am not inclined to write lengthy reviews but truly exceptional service deserves to be recognized and the word spread out about, as its so hard to find these days. I'm not sure what to add to all the other glowing reviews of Matt that I already see here, other than to say that they're spot on and more. Matt is not at all your average realtor... by that I mean him and his wife are someone you can trust 100% to look after YOUR interests, focus on YOUR needs, and truly care about the outcome for YOUR family. He has IMMENSE, and really do mean IMMENSE patience, understands the complexity of the decisions that have to be made, and helps guide you through, holding your hand all the way. Even after the sale is completely through and finalized he is still available as a valuable resource and more than willing to assist. He went well above and beyond what I would have expected any Realtor to do and always does so in a friendly caring manner. I've worked with other realtors before and have never felt the level of comfort and trust that he earns so naturally. Are there other good agents out there? Sure. But to combine all of Matt's experience with the level of personal support he offers is truly unique. Another point of note is that is his responsiveness to my requests to be shown a home, or random text question about a specific home or aspect of real estate purchases in general, were all responded to almost immediately and I was never left waiting. Many times on a the spur of the moment after seeing a new listing online and reaching out to Matt we were most often looking at the property later that same day,(Sometimes even within the same hour!),or when ever the next most convenient showing for the seller would be. I was very fortunate to get to work with him on our my most recent home purchase and look forward to calling him as soon as I'm ready to sell or buy again.I am confident in saying that if you are looking for a realtor in the Sarasota county area to either buy, sell, or even just to ask a question about the housing in the area... and you want a realtor that isn't just about making a sale, but someone who is kind, trustworthy, and dedicated to you as a client. Do not look any further!! Run to the Ritter Group at Gulf Shores Realty on Tamiami Trail and ask for Matthew or Jessica Ritter! They helped me find my own lakeside piece of paradise here in Venice, FL and I sure they can do the same for you!!!
