This woman was a nightmare to work with. She constantly complained about being considerate of her time when she would be the one to set up showings for us at 7 oclock at night. She never showed the home we were selling herself. She was on vacation twice within 4 months of being hired and complained every time we would contact her but would then tell us that we could contact her at any time. She was rude and unprofessional to us multiple times over the phone about contacting her. After being asked multiple times for a copy of our contract, she sent it via email and forged our signature into a year contract and when we presented to her that we were going to be take legal action, she claimed WE were harassing her. Then continued to excessively harass us via text message. She then sent us a release contract asking us to pay her $600. Being that we are actually decent human beings, we accepted this offer and did not take legal action. For any one who is considering this woman to be their realtor/broker, I highly suggest doing your research, making sure everything is as it is supposed to be, and to get copies of everything signed because she clearly has done this before.
