So, I've come a long way to get where I am in life, and a big part of that recently is because of Taimi. I am going through a divorce, and championing for an equitable time-sharing of our child my ex and I share. After the divorce, I rented a couple places, but I hated the idea of just paying hundreds of dollars just for a roof and four walls that I didn't own. In comes Taimi. She got to know my very personal situation, and was kind and empathetic throughout the whole process. Seriously, she even cheered me on when I'd tell her about non home related stuff. She had an email set up so I'd get listings that matched my likes/wants/needs/price, which was super convenient. Ultimately, I found a home outside of her, but she arrainged so I could view the property the very same day! I fell in love and she got me started. Anytime I was nervous, uneasy or anything, she was understanding and calmed my nerves. And I am a homeowner now because she guided me through! If I ever need to sell this home, or buy another, I have found my realtor for life!

Tami Guillot is very professional, friendly and energetic, Her attitude was upbeat and positive from our first interview to the final closing. We had not bought or sold a home in years and she explained the process thoroughly and followed up every time we needed clarification and guidance. She estimated the price range of our home accurately, She was optimistic and hopeful about selling it within a reasonable time line. She guided us through the things we could do that would enhance and improve the home - like new appliances, upgrading to the standards of State regulations and replacing the roofing, She believed, as we did, that spending money actually helps in the selling of the home. Tami's involvement in the whole process is what impressed us the most. She was always available through texting and/or phoning. The house was bought by the first viewers on the first weekend it went on the market and at the asking price! Who could ask for more?
