We recently worked with Justin on the purchase of our new home in Arden Park, and we couldn't be more pleased with how he helped us navigate the entire process from start to finish (and not to mention the follow-through and support that he is still providing even after our settlement!). We were very picky in selecting an agent to work with, as we knew we would be handling a majority of this transaction from the East Coast where we are relocating from. We wanted someone who would be incredibly responsive via text/phone/e-mail, as well as someone who had the professional/personal experience and knowledge to guide us through all the various neighborhood choices since we knew close to nothing about the Sacramento area!From our initial outreach to our current back-and-forth follow-up requests to him, Justin has always responded within practically minutes - regardless of the time change between the East and West coasts! He has been accommodating and creative in facilitating video chats between us since we couldn't obviously meet in person for every important conversation, and his accessible online calendar also made it easy for us to select and secure time slots with him that coordinated with our schedules as well. He also has been able to provide us with NUMEROUS referrals for other professionals as we begin turning our house into our home (i.e. painters, landscapers, electricians, general contractors, etc.).Justin has a very friendly demeanor which makes him very easy to communicate with, and he is also very calm and steady in his approach to the more stressful aspects of purchasing a home - which again, made this whole process for us incredibly easy. We will undoubtedly be using him for any future Sacramento real estate needs that we might have, and we have already begun referring him to others!
